Sequencer is having issues handling a camera rotation going past -180 or 180 degrees with multiple keyframes when Key All and Auto-Key options are enabled. This results in unwanted 180 degree flip when trying to rotate the camera fully.

This was reported and tested in 4.21.1 (CL-4613538). This was reproduced in 4.20.3 (CL-4369336) and Main 4.22 (CL-4658868)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a blank project
  2. Add a Level Sequence and add a camera
  3. Enable Auto-Key and Key All in the Sequencer Editor
  4. Set the first keyframe and pilot the Camera
  5. Scrub the timeline and rotate the camera a few times. Make multiple keyframes until a full 360 degree counter-clockwise rotation is captured. About 5 will work.
  6. Playback the Sequence

Results: The camera flips around doing a 180 degree turn once or twice when the rotation value

Expected: The camera should performs the rotation correctly
