When deleting a state in a state machine while the state is open in another tab the editor will crash

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the third person template
  2. Open "ThirdPerson_AnimBP"
  3. Open "Default" State machine
  4. Open "JumpStart"
  5. Go back to the Default state machine (without closing the Jumpstart tab)
  6. Delete "JumpStart"

Result: The engine crashes
Expected: The Editor would through an errror/not crash/fail more gracefully
