Description

It appears that attach tracks do not account for sub sequences when compensating for transform tracks when created.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a master sequence with at least one shot
  2. Key the transform of an actor in the shot track eg the camera
  3. Add that object to the master sequence
  4. Add an attach track to that object

RESULT:
The object will move when it should remain in the same world location
