When setting the Long Stiff value to 0 for wheels it appears to destroy the actor as soon as the wheel come in contact with the ground

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Vehicle template
  2. Open template
  3. Open "Sedan_FrontWheel"
  4. Set "Long Stiff Value" to 0
  5. Save and compile
  6. Play in Editor (Editor may freeze for a couple of seconds the first time)

Result: The Sedan actor will be destroyed
Expected: The suspension on the wheels would not compress (or if this is intended a warning/error would be given when setting the value to 0)
