User report that Unreal crashes with an Fatal Error: Out of memory message.

Users spec :
32 gb RAM
NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti
1TB M.2 SSD
Intel Core i7-8700
Windows 10
The issue lies with the amount of memory needed for importing the data into Unreal.
32 gb memory does not seem to be enough, which is odd as the scene is not terribly big.
This is a smilier issue, but with a Revit file instead of 3ds Max: [Link Removed]
