Widget blueprint details panel appears to jitter when dragging widgets in the designer tab

When clicking and dragging a widget in the designer tab of a widget blueprint some options in the details panel will begin to move/shake/jitter/readjust.

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Open the widget blueprint
4. Add an image widget to the designer tab
5. Expand the brush area
6. Click and drag the widget

Result: The brush details will continuously jitter/shake/readjust (video attached)
Expected: Moving the widget around the designer tab would not have any affect on the positioning of options in the details panel
