Oculus rift does not appear to be used in a shipping build for windows 32 bit. The project appears to default to using Steam VR
Result: Steam VR opens and the Oculus rift is not used (The text in the level reads Steam VR)
Expected: The oculus rift would be used (as is seen when testing in the editor ) and the text in the level would Read Oculus HMD
