Creating a Vector parameter within the Material Parameter collection causes a crash with the engine.
Tested in 4.21.2 (CL - 4753647), 4.22 (CL - 5159901), 4.23 (CL - 4980862)
Result: The engine crashes
Expected: A new Vector parameter is created
