Description

Creating a Vector parameter within the Material Parameter collection causes a crash with the engine.

 

Tested in 4.21.2 (CL - 4753647), 4.22 (CL - 5159901), 4.23 (CL - 4980862)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank project
  2. Make a Material Parameter Collection
  3. Create a Vector Parameter

 

Result: The engine crashes

Expected: A new Vector parameter is created
