The Is Over Hit Test Visible Widget node does not return false when over a widget that is not hit test visible
Result: The widget interaction component does not return false when it hit a widget (such as the canvas panel) that are Hit test invisible
Expected: The widget interaction component would return false when hitting a widget in a widget component that is not set to Visible
