Landscape far shadows are interfering with the distance field soft shadows causing a conflict, and stopping the distance field soft shadows from rendering at all.

Working as expected in 4.20 CL# 4369336 and 4.21 CL# 4753647

Found in 4.22 CL# 5275346 and 4.23 CL# 5287285

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a landscape
  3. Set Skylight and Directional Light to Movable
  4. Enable "Generate Mesh Distancefields" and restart the Editor
  5. Place a static mesh on the landscape
  6. Enable Distancefield Soft Shadows
  7. Increase far shadow cascade count in the directional above 1

The far shadow cascades stop the distance field soft shadows from rendering.


Both far shadows and distance field soft shadows should be visible and work together.
