Description

Changing collision response in runtime prevents physics actor from sleeping after interaction with channel-relevant object

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Play in Editor
  4. Run into both boxes (so as to wake and move them)

Result: The box that is setup to ignore pawn every other second will continually wake and sleep
Expected: The box would sleep until it is moved again
