The device tested on was a Pixel 2, v9, Adreno 540

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project in the editor (I used a Code FP Template)
  2. Select Play > Advanced Settings
  3. Set the Play on Device > Launch Configuration to Debug
  4. Connect and Android Device
  5. Launch On

RESULT: The Launch On process succeeds but the app running on the device hangs on the splash screen
