Moving the camera to be perpendicular to the Niagara Actor causes a change in its size.
Tested in 4.21.2 (CL - 4753647), 4.22 (CL - 5439949), 4.23 (CL - 5470758)
Expected: Nothing would change with the Niagara Emitter
Result: The Emitter changes size
