The way in which Hierarchical Instance Static Mesh LODs' screen size is calculated appears to have changed.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached projects
  2. Open the 4.20 project Play in Editor
  3. Take a screen shot of the way the LODs appear
  4. Close the 4.20 project
  5. Open the 4.22 project
  6. Play in editor
  7. Compare the screen shot to the current version

Result: The LODs for the HISM appear to be calculated by the screen size of the individual instance
Expected: LODs would be calculated in the same manner as they were previously or an error would be provided indicating a change
