Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project from a ThirdPerson template.
  2. Create two maps, in each map's level blueprint, add a trigger to load the other map.
  3. Package the project as loose files(Not as Pak).
  4. Launch the exe and input "stat memory" in the console command.
  5. Toggle the trigger to load the other map.

Every time load the new map, the STAT_AsyncFileMemory will get larger.
