Exponential Height Fog appears black when Luminance range is extended and light intensity is 2000lux+

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Add an Exponential Height Fog actor to the level (default scene)
  3. Set the Light Source intensity to 2000+ lux
  4. Set "Extend default luminance range in Auto Exposure settings" to true (this can be found in the project settings)
  5. Restart the editor
  6. Open the level that was used above

Result: The horizon will appear black and blue
Expected: Everything would appear very bright and washed out
