Description

After completing a build using Live Coding, a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the Live Coding Console window since some of the lines of text are longer than the window can display. The scroll bar does not respond to attempts to interact with it in order to read more of some of the lines of text in the window.

REGRESSION:
No. This is a new feature in 4.22.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new code project.
  2. Open the project in both Visual Studio and the Editor.
  3. Enable Live Coding for the project in the Editor.
  4. Add a comment to any of the project's .cpp files.
  5. Save the file in Visual Studio.
  6. Use Ctrl-Alt-F11 to start a Live Coding update.
  7. When the build completes, drag the scroll bar at the bottom of the Live coding Console window.

RESULT:
The scroll bar cannot be interacted with.

EXPECTED:
The scroll bar can be interacted with.
