Description

Decals are not being captured by environment reflections.

Last working in 4.20.3

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project
  2. Create a material with 0 roughness, 1 base color, and 1 metallic values
  3. Add a sphere to the level and apply the material
  4. From the Modes panel, drag in a decal next to the sphere
  5. Add a sphere reflection capture near the decal
  6. Build reflection captures
  7. Move close enough to the sphere to not have screen space reflections of the decal

Expected: Decal present in reflection
Result: Decal missing from reflection
