Add Runtime Candidate Image does not produce a valid ARCandidate image on Android

Add Runtime Candidate image does not appear to create an AR Candidate image when being used on Android.

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Make sure the project is setup to package for android
4. Launch on to AR compatible Android device (Pixel XL was used for this test)
5. Open app on device

Result: Print string stating "Image Not Valid" will show (this is setup to fire if the AR Candidate image that is produced is not valid)
Expected: The Message "The Image was Added" would show indicating that an AR candidate image was successfully created
