Description

Scrubbing an Animation Timeline within a Montage does not play a sound for Anim Notifies that specify "Play Sound."

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blueprint Third Person Template
  2. Navigate to Content->Mannequin->Animations and create a Montage (I used Jump)
  3. Within the newly created Jump Montage, add an Anim Notify "Play Sound", then choose a Sound cue.(Use the Engine Content Generic Cues)
    #Scrub through the timeline, passing over the Anim Notify.

Result: Anim Notify does not play sound.

Expected: Anim Notify to play a sound, similarly to how Animation Sequences play sounds on scrub.
