The listen server will see jitter in clients character movement and animations. This is hard to notice without the "slomo" command but is extremely obvious using "slomo". Clients will see server and other clients normally.

This was reported and tested in 4.22.1 (CL-6063286). This was reproduced in 4.21.2 (CL-4753647) and Main 4.23 (CL-6409297)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Third Person Template project
  2. Under the Play options set the Number of Players to 2
  3. Play in a New Editor Window and move both windows to where you can see them both
  4. Type in console command "slomo 0.1"
  5. Move and/or jump on client and watch results from listen server.

Results: When moving\jumping on client listen server will see them jittered. Character will be teleporting and updating its animation once in a few seconds.

Expected: Character will move smoothly and animation will update constantly.
