It seems that the display of ToolTip is displayed in the order of declared UPROPERTY () of the code.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create Material and TextureSampleParameter2d node
  2. Selecting that node and changing the MipValueMode from Details changes the Input but the Tooltip is incorrect.
