Description

If changes are made to the reduction settings of a skeletal mesh and then bones are removed via the "Bones to Remove" array. Then the reduction settings will disappear/get removed

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Show engine content
  3. Copy "TutorialTPP" over to your main content folder
  4. Open the TutorialTPP copy
  5. Set "Percent of Triangles" to 0.5
  6. Click Regenerate LOD
  7. Click "Yes" for the pop up question "Are you sure you'd like to apply mesh reduction to the non-generated base LOD"
  8. Add an element to the "Bones to remove" array
  9. Select "Clavicle_l"
  10. Click Reapply removed bone

Result: The Reduction settings will be removed/disappear
Expected: The Reduction settings would still be available or grayed out indicating that they cannot be used
