1. Open any project
2. Create a new Game Instance Blueprint
3. Event Init > Execute Console Command
4. Enter "sg.EffectsQualit 0" in the Command input
5. Compile/Save
6. Project Settings > Maps & Modes
7. Set the Game Instance Class to the new Game Instance
8. Play in Standalone Game
