Description

After panning the camera the orbit feature will become offset and can lead to the object no longer being in view while orbiting.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a blank project
  2. Make sure "Orbit camera around selection" is enabled
  3. Select the Floor
  4. Press the F key to focus the object
  5. Press and hold alt+Left mouse button
  6. Move the mouse around (this will orbit the object)
  7. While still holding the alt key release the left mouse button
  8. While still holding the alt key hold the middle mouse button
  9. Move the mouse around to pan the camera
  10. While still holding the alt key release the middle mouse button
  11. While still holding the alt key hold the left mouse button
  12. Move the mouse around

Result: The area that is orbited will no longer be focus on the actor and will be offset by the panned amount
Expected: The object would remain in view while using the orbit feature
