NotifyStateClass may be nullptr when AnimNotifyState and AnimNotify swap occur in NotifyTrack.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create and open AnimMontageAsset
  2.  Add Notify Track
  3.  Add AnimNotify (Play Sound) to Track1
  4.  Add AnimNotifyState (Trail) to Track2
  5.  Select and move the start position of "Trail" before "Play Sound"
  6.  Select "Trail" AnimNotifyState and change property (e.g. Notify Color)
