Description

Changing the Component Tick Interval via Blueprints has no effect on Cascade particle system components.

Tested in 4.21.2 (CL - 4753647), 4.22.3 (CL - 7053647), 4.23 P3 (CL - 7445012), 4.24 (CL - 7668565)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank project
  2. Create a Cascade system name NewSystem
  3. Create a Blueprint actor that has a Particle System Component
  4. Set NewSystem as the Template
  5. In the ConstructionScript of the Blueprint, set the Tick Interval to 0.2 using the SetComponentTick node on the Particle System Component
  6. Move an instance of the Blueprint actor to the scene

Expected: The particle system should move 5x slower

Result: The particle system ignores the SetComponentTick call
