Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Project from ThirdPersonTemplate with UE4.22.
  2. Set the Metal Shader Standard to Metal 2.1 in the ProjectSettings.
  3. Package an IOS project and install it to an iPhone.
  4. Launch the IOS project from Xcode to debug it.
  5. The project will crash and show an assert as "Offset of a buffer-backed texture with pixelFormat(MTLPixelFormatRG32Float) must be aligned to 64 bytes, found offset(288)"
