Creating an Online Session and transitioning to another map does not work in a Launched Windows game. The transition event does fire but it just resets the players position on the Default map.

This was reported and tested in 4.23 Preview 4 (CL-7647024). This was reproduced in 4.22.3 (CL-7053642) and Main 4.24 (CL-7748116)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Third Person Template project
  2. Create a new Default Level
  3. Create a Blueprint of Game Instance
  4. In the Game Instance Blueprint use the setup in the referenced screenshot
  5. In Project Settings>Maps & Mode set the Game Instance Class to the one that was created
  6. In the Level Blueprint of ThirdPersonExampleMap cast to the custom Game Instance and call the custom event for the Online Session
  7. Play in Editor and see it transition
  8. Launch the project on Windows

Results: Online Session creation fails

Expected: Online Session creation succeeds
