Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-78519)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a UPROPERTY of type FVector2D with ClampMax and ClampMin meta values
Create an instance of the owning class, and go to the property in the details panel
Try to change the value of X and Y
- The X and Y in the header will be properly clamped
- The X and Y in the individual rows will not be clamped
