  We've noticed a very dangerous behavior when moving actors from one level to another. If the list of selected actors contains a AInstancedFoliageActor, every foliage instances from every opened levels will get moved to that target level.
Steps to Reproduce

Step to repro :

  1. Create three levels, A, B, C, and add foliage to each
  1. Select the AInstancedFoliageActor of level A with the default selection tool (not the foliage selection tool)
  1. Go to the Levels window, and right-click on level B and select "Move selected actors to level"
  1. Noticed that foliage from A and C moved to level B

Expected behavior : Only foliage from the selected AInstancedFoliageActor is moved to the target level.
