Dithered LOD Transition does not work on some mobile devices

I tested with some mobile devices and Dithered LOD Transition did not work on Huawei P20 Pro.
This problem does not occur with Snapdragon. This problem does not occur with Snapdragon like Pixel 3.

Licensee reports will occurs the issue on the following devices:

• Samsung Galaxy Feel 2 (Exynos7885、Mali-G71、Android8.1.0)
• Huawei MediaPad M 5 (Kirin 960、Mali-G71 Android 9)
• Huawei Mate 10 Pro (Kirin 970、Mali-G72、Android 9)

1. Launch the attached project on Android

2. In the case of Snapdragon devices, Dithered LOD Transition of Translucency material works, but it does not work in some other mobile devices.
