Web browser widget renders white for certain web pages on Android

When loading certain web pages with the Web browser widget on android, the web browser widget appear to fail to fully load the page. The page results in a white screen only.

1. Open the editor
2. Create Enable Web browser widget plugin
3. Restart Editor
4. Create a new Widget blueprint
5. Add a Web browser widget to the canvas panel
6. Set the URL to [Link Removed]
7. Compile and save
8. Setup the project to launch on to an Android device
9. Launch on to an Android device (Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was used for original test)

Result: The Web browser widget will appear solid white
Expected: The web page would be shown (as seen on other platforms such as Windows)
