"Simulate Selected" overwrites "Physics Type" property when playing in Editor. In any subsequent PIE sessions SK_Mannequin will simulate physics even though the option is toggled off.

This was reported and tested in 4.22.3 (CL-7053642). This was reproduced in 4.23 (CL-8386587) and Main 4.24 (CL-850760)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Third Person Character Project
  2. Drag an instance of SK_Mannequin on to the map
  3. Open SK_Mannequin_PhysicsAsset and select All Bones with Ctrl + A
  4. Click the drop-down arrow beside Simulate and select "Simulate Selected"
  5. Play in Editor with "Simulate Selected" still running

Results: SkeletalMesh Actor in Level simulate physics and "Physics Type" property changed to "Simulated"

Expected: "Physics Type" property is not changed like when use "Simulate" button.
