Description

When using a combination of Scale box, Invalidation box, and split anchors it can cause the child widget(S) of the invalidation box to jitter/shake.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a widget blueprint
  3. Create the Widget in the attached image (Canvas Panel > Scale Box (split anchors) > Invalidation box > Text)
  4. Save and compile
  5. Open the level blueprint
  6. Add the widget to the viewport (Begin play > Create widget > Add to viewport)
  7. Save and compile
  8. Play in Editor

Result: The widget will jitter/shake
Expected: The widget would not jitter or shake (as is scene when not using an invalidation box)
