Description

Placed Editor Utility Base was recently deprecated and users who require the functionality of ticking in the editor are unable to use "Editor Utility Actor" or "Editor Utility Widget." A couple of users have reported this resulting in issues with marketplace content that utilizes this feature.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blueprint project in UE version 4.23.
  2. Right click in content browser and create a new Blueprint derived from "Editor Utility Actor"
  3. Attach a Print String to the Tick function in the Event Graph
  4. Compile, save and close the Blueprint.
  5. Drag the blueprint actor into the world and do NOT press play.

Results: The actor only ticks when the begin play button is pressed.

Expected: The blueprint to tick in the editor without having to begin play.
