Description

Animations are looped incorrectly when using an animation blueprint and a rate scale other than 1.0 in Sequencer.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project based on the third person template
  2. Create a new level sequence
  3. Add an SK_Mannequin to the sequence
  4. Add an animation to the mannequin and select ThirdPersonRun
  5. Open ThirdPersonRun in Persona, and set it's Rate Scale to 0.5
  6. Drag the end of the animation section so it will loop twice
  7. Save the animation and play the sequence. It should loop correctly.
  8. Switch the animation mode on the SK_Mannequin to Use Animation Blueprint
  9. Set up the blueprint to have a slot 'DefaultSlot' in the anim graph
  10. Play the sequence again

RESULT

When looping the animation will skip frames and cause visible jumps in motion
