Description

Camera shake oscillations with blend out time do not play their full duration in sequencer. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a camera shake
  2. Set the Oscillation Duration to 15.0 seconds
  3. Set the Oscillation Blend in Time to 2.0 seconds
  4. Set the Oscillation Blend out Time to 2.0 seconds
  5. Set Pitch, Yaw ,and Roll Oscillations amplitudes to 0.3 and Frequencies to 8.0 seconds
  6. Compile and save the Camera Shake
  7. Create a sequence and add a camera to it
  8. Add the shake to the camera
  9. Set the sequence's duration to 15 second, and extend the camera shake section to span the entirety of the sequence.
  10. Play the Sequence.

RESULT

The shake will play for about half its total duration in the sequence. Setting the Oscillation blend out time to 0.0 will behave as expected.
