Description

When setting the LODbias via the device profile for a specific Android GPU it does not appear to have an affect on the textures when run on the device

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the Attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Open "NewMap"
  4. Open the Device profiles (Window > Developer Tools > Device Profile)
  5. Find the GPU for the Android Device that will be tested (Galaxy Note 9 Android Adreno 6xx used in original test)
  6. Click the wrench icon under "Texture LODGroups"
  7. Set the LOD Bias to 4 (Texture LOD settings > World > LOD Bias)
  8. Click Save as Default (Top right of the Device Profiles window)
  9. Launch on to device

Results: The texture will appear clear and at full resolution
Expected: The texture would be blurry
