Editor Freezes when trying to drag a subfolder with a numerical name higher in the hierarchy than its root folder

When trying to move a subfolder out of its root folder it will cause the editor to freeze if the subfolder has a numerical name.

1. Open a the editor (blank project used in test)
2. Create a folder in the world outliner (Right click empty space > Create folder)
3. Create a Subfolder (Right click the folder that was created above > Create subfolder)
4. Rename the Subfolder to "03"
5. Click and drag the subfolder ABOVE the root folder in the hierarchy (The text "Move to Root" will be shown)

Result: The Editor will freeze (Task manager will be needed to close it)
Expected: The subfolder would be moved out of the root folder
