Description

If you add a track for Attach from Sequencer Scripting and add a section to it, two sections are automatically added.If you don't use Sequencer Scripting, only one section will be added

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Run NewEditorUtilityWidgetBlueprint and press buton
  3. Open Ls_SequencerScripting
  4. Select MovieScene3DAttachTrack and paste to texteditor

expect : It contains only 1 MovieScene3DAttachSection
result : it contains 2 MovieScene3DAttachSections
