Steps to Reproduce
  1. git clone -b 4.24-html5 --single-branch https://github.com/UnrealEngineHTML5/UnrealEngine ue4-r424-html5
    (commit: 71b6764cf42406d4cbaf8af7feeeafb7ee564ff3)
  2. Run Setup.bat
  3. Run HTML5Setup.sh
  4. Run GenerateProjectFiles.bat
  5. Open the UE4 solution in VS and compile Win64 Development Editor
