Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a blueprint actor with a cine camera
  2. Add it to the level and sequencer
  3. Add a track for the cine camera, animate the transform
  4. Export

RESULT: Importing it into maya should produce the same camera as if you would do with a regular camera actor
