Bindings can break when added to a master sequence when the binding is in a sibling sequence. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create two sequences named SequenceA and SequenceB
  2. Add a cube to A and a sphere to B
  3. Add A and B as subsequences to a third Sequence (SequenceAandB)
  4. Add an attach track attaching the sphere in B to the cube in A
  5. Add SequenceAandB to a master sequence as a shot (drag and drop)
  6. Open SequenceB from master sequence, and right click on the attach track

The binding is unresolved, instead of being bound to the cube.
