When mip gen settings on a texture array is changed, the texture does not build properly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open the texture TA_Top_Inset_N
  3. Change the mip gen settings to "FromTextureGroup"

Result: The texture array does not build correctly


Expected: A mip chain is properly generated for every texture in the array
