Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project from ThirdPersonTemplate.
  2. Add a SceneCapture2D in the level.
  3. Create a RenderTarget2D and assign it to SceneCapture2D
  4. Change to Mobile Preview mode.

The Editor will crash.

We use ClearDepthStencil action but use DepthRead_StencilRead, maybe we should change it to DepthWrite_StencilWrite?
