Description

The "Reset Seed on Emitter Looping" has no effect when enabled.

Tested in: 4.22.3 CL#7053642 , 4.23.1 CL#9631420 , 4.25 CL#10868506

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a cascade Particle Emitter
  2. Delete the default "Initial Velocity" module, use "Initial Velocity (Seed)" instead.
  3. Go to the Details panel, enable the "Reset Seed on Emitter Looping" check
  4. Add a value in the "Random Seeds" array property
  5. Set the min/max values in "Start Velocity"

Result: There is no effect

Expected: The reset seed to properly call GetModuleRandomSeedInstanceData()
