Creating  a custom collision preset changes the collision of third person characters capsule component. 


Tested in: 4.23.1 CL#9631420 4.24.1 CL#10757647 4.25 CL#10889200

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project from the third-person template
  2. Head to Project Settings -> Collision.
  3. Open the Presets panel. Click "New...". Name the new preset "NewPreset". Make no other changes. Click "Accept"
  4. Return to the editor and select the third-person character's capsule component. ( Will now say Custom)
  5. Open the Third-person character blueprint and select the capsule component. (Will still be pawn) 
  6. Close the Blueprint and open project settings 
  7. Delete the created collision profile
  8. Close project settings and select the third person character's capsule component (will now be pawn)


Result: Creating and deleting the collision preset results in the capsule component of the third-person character to change 


Expected: The collision of the capsule to remain the same after creating or deleting a custom collision preset
