In the fbx Fighter_Jenny is a null object that is not skin to the mesh. null object that are not skin should be remove from the skeleton, at least at the root. Often people want to add a group to allow multi skeletalmesh in the same fbx.

So in a fbx, if a root bone is not skin and is a null object, we should not add it to the skeleton.

Steps to Reproduce

Import attach fbx file

RESULT: The root bone in the skeleton is "Fighter_Jenny"

EXPECTED: The root bone is "Root"
