The vive trackpad inputs all read as the same input.

Reproduced in 4.25 Main

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a C++ Thirdperson Template Project.
2. Add Vive(L) Trackpad Up to Move Forward in the Project Settings->Input - Bindings.
3. Play the level in VR.
4. Press the any of the four directions in on the left Vive controller. Specifically press down onto the haptic pad.

Result: No matter what direction you press the input is read in MoveForward.

Expected: Only Trackpad Up is read in MoveForward.
